I got this guy.... Scott Holloway... THE SoapGuy!
Since 1997, Scott has been in the business of bringing his customers superior handcrafted soaps and body care products! Over the past decade, his Rock River Soap Company has become a Downtown Kenosha stable!
While the look of his labels have evolved, the spirit and quality of Scott's hemp oil soaps has been preserved!
Each batch of his cold-processed soap is formulated in small batches to ensure the best quality. Scott only utilizes natural ingredients, including unique blends of pure essential oils and botanicals to please your senses, improve the feel and appearance of your skin, and even stimulate your mind or enhance your thoughts! |

 The next time you wander through the bath
& body aisle at your favorite store enjoying the heady aromas and the
bright colorful packaging, pay attention. Look at the labels. The vast majority
of the products on these shelves don't say 'soap' on their labels. They are
many times called beauty bars, moisturizing bars, or body bars, but not soap.
That's because these bars aren't actually soap and can't legally claim to be;
they're detergents. The manufacturers have removed most of the 'good' stuff
that occurs in the soap making process, and replaced it with synthetic
lathering agents and harsh chemicals. |

Try one of these eco-friendly uses for Rock River Soap.... and tell us how they worked! Lubricate nails, screws, and saw blades:Soap on metal helps it go through wood more easily. Nails and screws go in easier and are less likely to split the wood if they are first stuck in a bar of soap. Rubbing soap over a handsaw blade will help it cut straighter and be less resistant to the wood. Clean dirty windowsills:Run the wet edge of a bar of soap along them. Also protect windowpanes, doorknobs, hardware, glass doors, and switch plates when painting by coating them with soapsuds. |
