Rock River Soap Company began as a cottage industry that began producing the Soap of the Earth™ line in 1995. Operated as a family business, we constantly work to improve our product line, to provide our customers with exceptional soap and body care.

We place considerable emphasis on being earth-friendly — a concept that extends to our daily business practices. We minimize product packaging, use biodegradable or recyclable shipping materials, and avoid the use of threatened plant species in our products.

We believe that each of our products contains something of ourselves. Each bar of soap begins with the raw ingredients and evolves through a process of measuring, stirring, cutting, and labeling -- all by hand. We think this energy is an essential and therapeutic ingredient.
